DJ Ollie J has been spinning tunes for the last 6 years. Starting out performing at functions, weddings then moving into the bar and club scene for the last 3 years he has developed a style that suits the people. DJ Ollie J is a real party DJ that can adapt and please any audience. As a long time musician playing guitar in bands he has a broad knowledge of music from many genres and decades and puts this to use when crafting together sets that just make people boogie. “I like to mix up the classics with the latest beats, people like songs they know well but then to hear them mixed with modern dance and breaks, then they really enjoy it”
In 2014 DJ Ollie J spent 6 months resident DJ on PO Cruise Ship the Pacific Dawn, which was a chill out gig where he also played live guitar and percussion. “The chill out gig on the ship was great. Apart from visiting many of the pacific islands I also got to refine many hours or really good chill music. This has been perfect for various café and beer garden gigs I have done back on the coast.” Ollie J
Recently DJ Ollie J has been working guitar back into the chill out gigs. “People seem to really dig it. I have been playing guitar a long time so its nice to be able to work it into my DJ sets, sounds fantastic over mid tempo deep house” Ollie J

Ollie J has performed at many bars and clubs around Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast over the past years including, O’malleys, Mooloolaba, CBX, Caloundra, The Noosa Heads SLSC, The Ipswich Tavern and The Forest Lake Hotel.
